Refund policy
At ZIVORA, we want you to shop with complete confidence. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and with all original tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at online@zivoraworld.com so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:

Exchanges
To get the item you want, we recommend returning the original item (once approved) and placing a new order separately.
European Union Customers
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason. All returned items must meet the same conditions: unused, with original tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
